Initiate Your Request

Log into your account or use our guest portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.

Prepare the Package

Securely pack the fragrance in its original box and protective shipping materials to ensure it arrives safely at our warehouse.

Affix Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.

Receive Your Refund

Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
